If a measurement, price, dimension, product name or other material detail is wrong, report it to editorial@kako-sheet.org with the page address and, where available, a packaging photo or batch number. Where the mailbox is operational and staffed, the targets are acknowledgement within three working days and investigation within ten working days; they are not guaranteed response times.
If an error is confirmed, update the review, add a dated correction note at the foot of the page and, where the error affects a score, explain the reason and any retest date. Minor typographical fixes may be made without a note under a documented threshold. If a reader-reported failure cannot be reproduced, explain in writing what was checked and keep the review open for 30 days for further evidence.
Suppliers may send technical documentation; any documentation relied on is listed in the review’s source list with an access date where appropriate. A review must not be removed merely because a manufacturer disagrees with a score. Historical correction logs must not be fabricated; only actual dates, records and outcomes may be published.
Material corrections retain the original publication date and show the correction or revision date separately; score changes retain the former score and the reason.
