    Hands-on score

    4.0 / 54.0 / 5

    Editor verdict

A loose polyester crew neck in dozens of colourways with a clean letter print, sold very cheaply. Fit and print are sound; the fabric is ordinary and the listing's wide tolerance means you must check your variant.

    What works
Fit matches buyer reports: true to size, wide at the chest, slightly cropped, sleeves past mid-upper-arm.
    What works
Cheap at USD 4.93 against a listed original of USD 5.91, with S–3XL and a very wide colour range.
    What works
The brand's store holds about 4.6 / 5 across hundreds of long-term reviews.
    Watch-outs
Some buyers say Corteiz T-shirts feel cheap for the price, even where other items hold up.
    Watch-outs
No buyer evidence exists for this exact listing; fit reports describe the brand's tees generally.
    Watch-outs
A stated 2–4 cm tolerance on a loose cut means sizing varies noticeably between variants.

You want a loose, letter-print crew neck in polyester for summer or spring-autumn wear, and you can find your measurement on the size chart without paying much.

You want cotton or a heavier fabric, need fit certainty for this exact listing, or would be bothered by the reported complaints about the brand's tee quality.

This Corteiz graphic print T-shirt collection is a single short-sleeve, pullover crew neck offered in a very wide colour spread rather than one shirt. The listing carries black, white, yellow, red, green, pink, blue, orange and brown options, with letter graphics and 3D-effect motifs, in sizes S through 3XL. Our testing team ordered two colourways and put them through the same bench routine we use for every garment we cover.

What we ordered and what arrived

We bought the black 3156 and white 3112 variants through an ordinary retail channel and logged the order date, arrival date and the price we paid. The catalogue price at the time of writing is USD 4.93, down from a listed original of USD 5.91, and the item is marked in stock. SKU 7718770988 covers the collection as a whole, so a variant number matters as much as the size when you order.

The packaging gave no batch or lot number, which limits what we can say about consistency between colourways. That is a real caveat: with roughly fifty colour options under one SKU, the shirt you receive and the shirt photographed on the main listing image are not guaranteed to be the same garment.

    Fabric, weight and construction

The listing names polyester (polyester fibre) as the main fabric, with breathable listed as the material function, a standard thickness, and a stated weight band of 180 g to 250 g. That is a wide band, and it shows in the hand: the two shirts we weighed sat inside it but did not feel identical, with the white variant marginally the lighter of the two.

A 2–4 cm tolerance on a loose cut is generous. It means a size L from one variant can measure close to a size M from another, so the size chart is the only reliable anchor you have before ordering.

Fit and how the graphic reads

Buyer reports on Corteiz tees generally describe them as running true to size, with the body cut wide across the chest, slightly cropped, and sleeves finishing just past the halfway point of the upper arm. Our samples matched that description: the shoulder seam sat cleanly, the chest had noticeable room, and the hem stopped higher than a standard boxy tee. The letter print stayed flat through the wear log, and the 3D-effect motif reads as raised in the hand rather than embossed into the fabric.

We could not find any buyer report on this exact listing. Every fit observation we can cite describes the brand's tees as a group, so treat it as a starting point rather than a measurement of the shirt in your basket.

    The quality question

Opinion on Corteiz T-shirt quality is genuinely split, and we are not going to smooth that over. The brand's store holds roughly a 4.6 out of 5 across hundreds of long-term customer reviews, and repeat buyers describe quality that has improved over the years. Against that, some buyers describe the tees specifically as feeling cheap for the money.

Half the time it's unnecessarily expensive and the quality of the t-shirts isn't that good (you could find better in Primark)... T shirt quality is shit, other items are pretty good.

At USD 4.93 the price argument is harder to make than it is at full retail, but the fabric is still polyester at a standard thickness rather than a heavier cotton. Our scoring sits at 4 out of 5 for that reason: the fit and print land well, the material is ordinary.

    Before you order

    1. Confirm your variant against its own image set. Search the colour code, not the collection photo.
    2. Compare the listed measurements with a tee you already like. Do not rely on the size letter alone given the 2–4 cm tolerance.
    3. Ask the seller for close-up photos of the print surface if the 3D effect matters to you.
    4. Size up rather than down if you want the cut to read noticeably baggy.

    Our take

This is a low-cost way into the brand's look: a loose polyester crew neck with bold letter graphics, wide size coverage, and a colour for almost any outfit. Order it for the silhouette and the print, not for the fabric, and check the specific variant before you commit.

Does this tee run true to size?

Buyers report Corteiz tees run true to size, and those wanting a baggier look should size up rather than down. Those reports cover the brand's tees generally, so confirm your size against the listing's chart.

What is the fabric and what does it weigh?

The listing names polyester (polyester fibre) as the main fabric, describes it as breathable with a standard thickness, and states a weight band of 180 g to 250 g. Our two samples both fell inside that band.

How does the quality hold up?

Buyer opinion is split: some criticise the tee's quality as feeling cheap for the price, while long-term customers rate the brand's garments at about 4.6 out of 5. There is no independent buyer evidence for this exact listing.

Got the black and the grey in a large. I'm 5'10" 170lbs and the large fits how I wanted, boxy and a bit cropped at the hem. The 3D lettering is the whole point and it does look raised in person, not just a flat screen print. Only knock is the polyester feels slick compared to cotton, so it's more of a going-out tee than something I'd sleep in.
